O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The counter-affidavit of the respondents makes it clear that the petitioner is occupying a portion of the Coovum river and has encroached on the river bed. This Court has already passed directions to clear the waterways, specifically Coovum river and thus, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 2.Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 also stands dismissed.
