2.The present petition has been filed to transfer the case in C.A.No.8 of 2013 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Erode to some other Court.

3.The petitioner in his affidavit has contended that the learned District and Sessions Judge had been making unwarranted comments in open Court. According to him, the learned District and Sessions Judge is predetermined and he is likely to confirm the findings given by the lower Court.

4.It is pertinent to mention that this petition has been filed in the year 2013 and by now, the Presiding Officer would have been transferred out of Erode. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
