(b)directing the defendant to pay the costs of the suit (c)and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submitted that the matter has been settled between the plaintiff and the defendants. Hence, he submitted that the suit may be dismissed as settled out of Court. 2/4

2.Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. The Registry is directed to refund the Court Fee as per Law to the plaintiff. Consequently, the connected applications are closed. No costs. 28.02.2024 mps 3/4
