This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and other Trust members and also not to interfere in harvesting the Arecanut Crops from Temple Land with an extent of 7.22 Acers in R.S.No.373/1, 374/2 and with patta No.761 of Munnanad-2 Village, Pandalur Taluk, The Nilgiris District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The same petitioner also filed a petition in Crl.OP.No.294 of 2021 seeking to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.A1.3524/2020 dated 22.12.2020 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Office/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gudalur, The Nilgiris. This Court by order dated 11.01.2021 passed order of stay of the said proceedings until further orders.

3. In view of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.294 of 2021, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
