W.P.No.21326 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., Today, this Writ Petition is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.Registry is directed to delete the Paragraph No.4 from the order dated 01.08.2024 in W.P.21326 of 2024 and incorporated the below mentioned paragraph as Paragraph No.4 and issue fresh order copy:- "It is the case of the petitioner that they claim title over 1.32 acres by way of earlier document registered in Doc.No.755 of 1912 in the month of February 1912 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Walajabad. Apart from that, by way of koorchit dated 22.01.1953, they acquired 1.32 acres from three persons respectively and thereby, they are entitled to 5.28 acres. However, patta has been now granted in favour of the third party for the entire extent. Hence, the petitioners gave a representation to the 1st respondent to survey and to mark boundaries and subdivide and grant separate patta in favour of the petitioners. However, the same has not been considered by the 1st respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition."
