ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representations made by the petitioner on 30.03.2025 and 09.04.2025 and to take a decision within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard Mr. D.Rajagopal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 5.

The case of the petitioner is that he is rendering service at Arulmighu Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Thirukkoil as Theerthakar. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is being paid low and there is an arrears of Rs.2,77,500/- due and payable from 2011 up to march 2025. A representation was made in this regard before the 5th respondent. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.

It is seen from records that the 5th respondent has already acted upon the representation made by the petitioner and has sought for necessary particulars in order to take a decision. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
