The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, in pursuance of the representation dated 16.08.2023, the respondents have passed an order rejecting the petitioners claim. Hence, the petitioners seek leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition, as it become infructuous. The petitioners also seeks liberty to challenge the rejection order. Page No.2 of 4
