Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that they has to report before the respondent police, Palakarai police Station, Trichy every Saturday 10.30 a.m and als the another condition is that the petitioner stay at Trichy until further orders imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.5373 of 2018 order dated 04/04/2018 Crl.O.P.No.6672 of 2018 on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5373 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.6672 of 2018 dated 04.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5373 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.6672 of 2018 dated 04.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruppur, once in a month, i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 25/06/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
