The relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to cancel the registration of the second respondent Association bearing Registration No.453/MDS under Trade Union Act - 1926 Affiliated to FEFSI (Film Employees Federation of South India).
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no such registration was done under Trade Union Act 1926, on the file of the first respondent, as projected in this writ petition. Therefore, he sought permission of this Court to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authorities concerned, as and when required.
