ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the wife of the detenue. She has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent for the production of her missing husband inter alia alleging that he is missing from 26.05.2019.

2. Though this matter is not listed today, on the mentioning made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is taken up today for hearing.

3. Heard both sides.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue has been secured and he rejoined the petitioner.

5. Both the detenu and the petitioner are present. They have stated that they are now living together.

6. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
