2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to obtain bond for Rs.10,000/- from the petitioner along with two sureties for a like sum amount to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer, if in case the Investigation Officer intends to arrest the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
