This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioners representation dated 20.04.2024 and to cancel the Non Traceable certificate dated 29.01.2020 issued by the 3rd respondent to the 4th and 5th respondents regarding the Partition deed dated 02.05.2013 registered as Doc. No.572/2013 with SRO, Avalurpet, Villupuram District as the same has been obtained by making false representation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case bundle.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petitions is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court

for getting appropriate remedy. No costs.
