Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the order of the 6th respondent in his proceedings in R.D.C.North.C.No.R1/3311/2019, dated 07.06.2019 and consequentially directing the 6th respondent to levy the tax in accordance with the G.O.(MS).No.73 dated 19.07.2018 and quash the same as illegal.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the order of the 6th respondent in his proceedings in R.D.C.North.C.No.R1/3312/2019, dated 07.06.2019 and quash the same consequently directing the 6th respondent to levy the tax. Today, when the writ petitions are taken up for hearing, it is represented by both sides that in view of the recent decision taken by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.150, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department dated 19.11.2019, the grievance expressed by the petitioners does not exist any more.

3. Recording the above said submission, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, as no further order is necessary. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
