This petition is filed to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.John J. Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.K.Venkataramani, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel for the respondent.

The delay is 98 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 98 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
