The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.140 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.140/2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry and the same has also been taken on file as C.C.No.932/2014.
3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Cr.No.140/2012, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
