Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to permit the petitioner to appear in the JEE Counselling 2021, by treating them on par with Indian Citizens in the General Category. Thus no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
