This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2024 seeking disconnection of old sewerage and water connection in his property bearing Door No.40/27, 3rd Street, Teeds Garden, Sembiam, Chennai - 600 011, measuring to an extent of 1800 sq.ft.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 11.07.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
