Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARJUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.BHARATH KUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The conditional order dated 24.04.

2018 was passed by this Court to deposit 50% of the cheque amount i.e., Rs.6,35,000/- and the compensation amount awarded by the trial Court is Rs.9,00,000/-. Now, the petition is filed to modify the order made in Crl.M.P.No.6380 of 2018 dated 24.04.2018 in Crl.R.C.No.540 of 2018. [*]2 The petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.4,50,000/-, out of which, he is directed to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- before the trial Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/- has to be deposited within a period of four weeks therefrom.
