Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner is directed to pay cost of Rs.250/- [Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only] to the Tamil Nadu Advoctes Clerks Association, Chennai, attached to this Court, within a period of one week from today.
