The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to investigate and register the case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 21.03.2000 given to them in accordance with law.

2. On earlier occasion on 19.06.2018, since there was no representation for the petitioner, this matter was listed on 25.06.2018. Once again, since this Court was inclined to give a last chance to the petitioner, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption ' for dismissal' on 26.06.2018.

3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
