(CR.NO.41/14) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To enlarge the petitioner on bail, by suspending the sentence, imposed in S.C.No.5 of 2015 on the file of Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandaram (Mahila Court), Coimbatore pending disposal of the above Crl.A.545/2017.

Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- When this Court was about to dismiss this case on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
