ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 194 (b), 302 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.84 of 2021, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons is alleged to have attacked and committed murder of the deceased. The petitioner here in is arrayed as A6. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that there is no change in circumstances after the previous orders dismissing the Criminal Original Petitions were passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the present bail petition . Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
