Heard Mr.K.Mahendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Jothikumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has questioned the final notice issued revising the property tax. As against the final notice, the petitioner has to approach the Appellate Tribunal Constituted under the provision of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act.
3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting the petitioner eight weeks time to file an appeal before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Tribunal and also move for stay of the impugned final notice. For a period of eight weeks, the impugned final notice will remain stayed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
