It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner that the order of the subject matter of the contempt petition has been complied with by the respondent, vide, his proceedings dated 5.12.2019 passed in Na.Ka.No.M1/1675/2019.

2. A perusal of the same would reveal that the request made by the petitioners for issuance of joint patta in the name of petitioners came to be rejected. It is also indicated that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, he can prefer an appeal within 30 days before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Arakkonam.

3. The said proceedings are taken on file. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law before the competent forum.
