ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 22(c) and 29(1) of N.D.P.S Act altered as Sections 8(c), 22(c), 29(1) and 20(b)(ii)(B) of N.D.P.S in Crime No.728 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court finds that the petitioners/ A20 to A23 along with other accused had involved in smuggling of LSD stamps from Thailand and selling the same to the college students and others. The petitioner's custodial interrogation will be necessary to find out the source and mode of transport and therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
