It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the tenure of the petitioner as the President of Medavakkam (First Grade) Panchayat is already over and that the writ petitions have become infructuous as nothing survives for adjudication. He had also made an endorsement to that effect in the above writ petitions.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned cousenl for the petitioner, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
