ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent for issuing a patta Vide his on-line application dated 02.03.2020.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate has entered appearance for the respondents and made a statement that an enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2020 is scheduled to take place at 11.00 a.m. On 18.01.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Inasmuch as a date for enquiry is fixed by the second respondent, no direction is required to be given except that the second respondent/Tahsildhar is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In the result, the Writ Petition is closed. Even if any notice is not so served by the second respondent on the petitioner before 18.01.2021, this order itself would be treated as a notice to the petitioner. No costs.
