This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent viz. the Inspector of Police, Keezhkuppam Police Station, Villupuram District to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.05.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
