The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners complied the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated May 17, 2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.12096 of 2024. 2.Mr.C.E.Pratap, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the respondent / Police completed the investigation and filed charge sheet and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.148 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

3.In view of the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and condition No.8(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12096 of 2024 on May 17, 2024 is hereby modified and the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned as and when required for trial.
