This application has been filed to permit the applicant to amend the name of the plaintiff as HDFC Bank Limited in the short and long cause title and also in the registered address for the plaintiff in the plaint instead of Centurion Bank of Punjab Limited in lieu of the amalgamation orders passed by the Reserve Bank of India in reference number DBOD No.PSBD 16193/16/01.131/2007-08 in the above suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents 7 & 8

3. No representation for the respondents 1 to 6.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents 7 and 8 has submitted that he has no objection to allow this application.
