When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner-wife submitted that the H.M.O.P.132 of 2013 filed by the respondent-husband for dissolution of marriage before the Sub Judge, Thiruchirapalli (Thuraiyoor Camp) itself has been disposed of.
Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Tr.C.M.P. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Tr.C.M.P is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
