Respondent Prayer:- Petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.836 of 2015 pending on the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Tambaram to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.401 of 2015 pending on its file.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.836 of 2015 pending on the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.401 of 2015 pending on its file. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that they have no objection to transfer both the petitions in H.M.O.P.No.836 of 2015 filed by the respondent on the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai and H.M.O.P.No.401 of 2015 filed by the petitioner before the Sub Court, Tambaram, to the file of Sub Court, Chengalpattu and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submissions and endorsement made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, both the petitions in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

H.M.O.P.No.836 of 2015 and H.M.O.P.No.401 of 2015 are ordered to be withdrawn from the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai and Sub Court, Tambaram and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Chengalpattu. The learned Judge, I Additional Family Court, Chennai and the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram are directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.836 of 2015 and H.M.O.P.No.401 of 2015 to the file of the Sub Court, Chengalpattu, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
