2. COD prayer is qua delay in filing claim petition in Form No.66.

3. Ms.S.Sasikala, learned counsel on record for applicant adverting to support affidavit submits that the applicant came to know about the winding up of the company only in the year 2018, she submitted the claim form before the respondent on 18.07.2022 but the respondent sent a reply stating that the last date for submission of claim form was on 30.06.2015 and advised the applicant to submit the claim form after obtaining orders from this Court condoning the delay.

4. Mr.Pamarthi Sridhar, learned 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' [hereinafter 'OL' for the sake of convenience and clarity] submits that he has no serious objection or opposition to COD prayer in captioned application.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, COD prayer is acceded to i.e., captioned application is ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned albeit subject to condition that the applicant should file Form No.66 before OL along with original support papers on or before 16.09.2022 failing which the captioned application will stand dismissed without reference to this Court.

6. Captioned application ordered on above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
