This petition is filed by the petitioner to transfer the Arbitration claim petition A.R.C.No.564 of 2018 from the file of Arbitrator Central Chennai Chit Fund cases, Central Chennai to the file of Arbitrator North Chennai Chit Fund cases, North Chennai to try the same.

2. The contesting respondents has entered appearance through counsel. Without admitting the allegations made in the affidavit, they have no objection for the transfer.

3. The 1st respondent has filed a memo and the same is taken on file and recorded.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and transferring the Arbitration claim petition A.R.C.No.564 of 2018 from the file of Arbitrator, Central Chennai Chit Fund cases, Central Chennai to the file of Arbitrator, North Chennai Chit Fund cases, North Chennai to try the same.

5. Since the Arbitration claim petition is of the year 2018, there should be a direction to the learned Arbitrator to dispose of the Arbitration claim petition within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
