This application has been filed seeking to raise the order of attachment, dated 28.08.2020. The applicant claims that the respondents have settled the dues of the applicant and in view of the same, the order of attachment, dated 28.08.2020 passed in A. No.9243 of 2019 has to be raised.

2. Since the claim of the applicant has been settled, necessarily the attachment order dated 28.08.2020, passed in A. No.9243 of 2019 has to be raised. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by 1/3

raising the order of attachment, dated 28.08.2020 passed in A. No.9243 of 2019. The applicant is permitted to communicate this order to the respective statutory authorities to effect the order raising the order of attachment from their respective records.
