Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant would submit that notice sent to the respondents 7 and 8 were returned with an endorsement "Left". Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to effect service through paper publication.

2.Considering the above submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant is permitted to effect substituted service by way of Paper publication in respect of the 7th respondent, in any one issue of Tamil daily having circulation at Chennai and in respect of 8th respondent in any one issue of Tamil daily having circulation at Coimbatore, indicating the date of hearing as 07.08.2023.

List the matter on 07.08.2023.
