This transfer petition is filed by the respondent in HMOP.No.208 of 2015, pending on the file of Subordinate Judge, Ponneri, for transfer of proceedings to the file of Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. When the transfer petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the Trial Judge to refer this matter to Mediation, for arriving at a settlement.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

4. The learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri, is directed to refer the parties to Mediation.
