2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants that the petitioner had complied with the order passed by this Court vide order dated 12.09.2023 and have also filed the memo to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the memo is recorded and the miscellaneous petition is ordered, thereby, the delay of 8 days in preferring the first appeal is condoned.

4. Mr.D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel for the appellants would submit that he has entered appearance at the time of SR stage itself and he prayed that his name may be printed in the list when the second appeal listed for admission.
