ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 22.06.2023 within the stipulated time frame and consequently direct the 1st respondent to send pension proposal of the petitioner to the 2nd respondent. 2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that he initially joined as Contract Employee in TANGEDCO in the year 1979 and he retired from service after attaining superannuation on 31.12.2017. Thereafter, the petitioner has not been paid with the retirement benefits. Hence, the petitioner has sent his representation, dated 22.06.2023 to calculate half of the service rendered by him from 1979 to 2005 must be added with his regular service 2005 to 2007 as qualifying service for the purpose of conferment of pension. But so far, no orders have been passed by the respondents.

3.Heard Mr.J.Jayan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Rajkumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 4.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
