ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take action for registering a FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.05.2018 in accordance with law and file final report within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
