ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the matter was heard for some time, Shri Srinath Sridevan, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

2. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If an application is filed with the Debts Recovery Tribunal on or before 11.07.2025, the delay, if any, shall be deemed to have been condoned. All rights and contentions are kept open.

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim applications are closed.
