Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the appeal petition submitted by the petitioner dated 23.05.2013 and to revise and restore the seniority of the petitioner by including his name in S.No.2 of the seniority list prepared as on 01.01.2013 for the post of Secondary Grade Teacher by the second respondent and consequentially promote the petitioner to the post of Primary School Head Master based on his seniority, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. PRAYER IN W.P.NO.35404 OF 2015:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Primary School Headmaster on par with his junior S.Shanthi in the existing vacancy with all consequential and other attendant benefits, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.08.2015, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
