This Petition had been filed to bring on record the Respondents 6 to 8 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased fifth Respondent in A.S.No.748 of 2018 and rank them as Respondents 8 to 10 in the Appeal.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Respondents submitted that he has no objection to allow this Petition.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the Petitioner/Appellant, this Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and post this case after two weeks.
