2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram, vide her letter in D.O.No.1415 of 2022 has sought for extension of time to complete the trial. The reason, as stated out in her letter, indicates that the service of summons to some of the accused persons has not yet completed and one of the accused is in abroad and therefore, his presence could not be secured within the time granted by this Court to complete the trial. Therefore, she sought for a period of six months time for disposal of the case.

3. Earlier this Court on 30.07.2019 had directed the trial Court to complete the trial within a period six months from the date of receipt of the order copy. However, for the reasons stated in the letter, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I had expressed her difficulties in completing the trial within the stipulated time. 4. In the said circumstances, request of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram is accepted and the time is extended by six months for completion of trial.
