On a complaint given by one Mercy Kanagam against this petitioner, the police has called her for enquiry. She attended the enquiry on 17.07.2024 and promised to produce the documents in her favour but she has not turned up, instead has come to this Court seeking protection 1/3

from police harassment.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that two complaints in two different police station were registered against this petitioner. Instead of participating in the investigation, she is evading enquiry.
