Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in respect of the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 18.08.2005 27.04.2013 in F.No.SRCAPP1942/B.Ed/TN/2013-2014/51252, and quash the same and direct the respondent to reconsider the said order and grant recognition to the petitioners institution viz., Arumugam College of Education enabling them to commence B.Ed., course for the academic year 2013-2014.
