JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ appeal has been preferred against the order dated 16.09.2021 in W.P.No.17199 of 2021.

2. The impugned order reads as under:

"It is brought to the notice of this Court that the District collector, Chengalpattu through proceedings dated 06.09.2021 has rejected the request made by the rival claimants namely G.Gajendran and M.Ganesanaickar. Therefore, as a consequence, the temporary suspension of the DTCP approval has to be revoked by the respondent. The learned Government counsel submitted the same will be done immediately and it will be reported before this Court. Post this case under the caption, 'for reporting compliance' on 27.09.2021."

3. Subsequently, the Writ Court passed final orders in the Writ Petition on 27.09.2021. Thus, this impugned order merged with the final order already passed in the Writ Petition and the final order is not challenged. In light of that, the writ appeal stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.17279 of 2021 is closed.
