By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that in respect of the lands admeasuring to an extent of 1.88 acres comprised in Survey No.27 of Naralapalli village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, there are some fabrication of records and sub-division is also effected without the consent and knowledge of the petitioner. The petitioner, in this regard has submitted a petition to the 2nd respondent on 12.01.2016 and since no orders have been passed, he came forward to file the present writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the respondents 4 and 5 and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 4 and 5.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
