This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 721 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement of the second appeal in S.A.No.1048 of 2021 due to the death of Late K.Krishnamurthy, the first respondent in the above second appeal.

2. Accepting the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 721 days is condoned.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
