This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition on payment of separate court fee, as the cause of action and relieves sought for in the main writ petition are one and the same.

Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered subject to the payment of separate court fee.
